Ticket costing/time estimates

For our development purposes, it would be great to be able to have a "estimated time" and "time taken" on a ticket. This way we can track how long it takes to fix a ticket, and also our accuracy of time estimation.
In CVSTrac we were able to do this using a "custom field" feature, allowing us to add whatever fields we want to tickets.
