I'm afraid we can't do anything with such a report. Please provide more information - is the error reproducible, what is the error message and the error backtrace, what's your environment, etc.

Please read NewTicketGuidelines and eventually reopen after that.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain ashish.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from ashish to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
