Which revision are you using? This works for me using latest trunk…

Does the #2553 fix also help here?

Unfortunatelly No. Preview problem still exists.

I am not sure which revision do we use - I have to consult it with our Network Administrator.

We started to use Trac about two weeks ago and we installed latest sources.

And does the Preview changes feature work?

If you don't have that button, then maybe it's because you're using the "tags" plugin, which replaces the Wiki module…

Well… Generally the future works. I have the preview button and when I click it the preview screen appears (with 'Draft' image background).

The problem is that the preview completely ignores modifications which I want to preview and simply shows previous version of the content…

Sorry

future → feature

And about the plugins… We do not use 'tags'.

The only plugin which we use is 'export to PDF': http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/PageToPdfPlugin

There should be two preview buttons: Preview Page and Review Changes

If not, then you're not using the normal trunk wiki module, for some reason. So the question was: do you actually see those 2 buttons and if yes, is the second one also defective (i.e. showing an empty diff?)

I have only one. It is labeled 'Preview'.

My Trac looks exaclty the same like the demo-one accessible here http://www.hosted-projects.com/trac/TracDemo/Demo

When you click 'Edit this page' on the demo page you will get exactly what I see on my screen. There are three buttons on the bottom: 'Preview', 'Submit changes' and 'Cancel'.

Does it mean that I am using wrong version of Wiki module ? :)

Yes, one possibility would be you're using the Tags plugin (possibility you ruled out), another would be that you're using a very outdated trunk (as the Review changes was introduced in r4795). Of course, there can be other reasons I don't see yet.

Are the sources from February 12th 'very outdated trunk' ? :) It seems that it is the date when we get the 0.11dev sources and we use it until now.

I understand that you suggest to upgrade 0.11dev to the latest versions. Can it cause some inconsistences with existing database entries (created by Trac users) ?

He, yes, as that was roughly 900 changesets ago ;-)

No it shouldn't. A trac-admin resync is needed, but that's only for not mixing up the old way of caching changesets and the new one.

But run a test installation first, to pick a stable revision (I'd say latest should do). If everything works after the upgrade, please don't forget to come back and close the issue as worksforme.
