Description

I have noticed usernames are case sensitive when assigning tickets, if for example I assign two tickets, one to james and the other to James (there is only one user in the system with the name james), when breaking down a milestone by Owner, they appear as two different owners.

Perhaps next to the "Assign to" input, add a button which pops up window with available usernames listed?

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
