Reassign reminder dialogue when commenting tickets

Description

I would appreciate if Trac could present a dialogue when commenting/replying to a ticket, which ask me "Do you want reassign this ticket?" along with a list of users and the buttons "No" and "Reassign".

Background: When replying to a ticket, I often forget to reassign it to the person who has submitted it, so he/she won't recognize it "returned with reply" (it won't show up at the top of the list when Viewing "Active Tickets, Mine first".

The dialogue should show up after hitting "Submit changes" at the bottom of the ticket.

We don't do that much ticket reassignment, and I would find this a pain to see everytime I commented on a ticket. Personally, I think the existing method of having the reassign option directly above the "Submit Changes" button works great.

Status: newclosed

I concur with sid. I also think the reporter probably wants something like RoundUp's nosy list.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
