Description

on the site the following error message appears when trying to open an (word) attachment:
No handler matched request to /TRAC/attachment/wiki/Bug Report in Development/Report_a_Bug.doc

the logfile shows the following:
2007-05-23 10:10:19,250 Trac[attachment] DEBUG: Trying to open attachment at d:\TRAC\attachments\wiki\Bug%20Report%20in%20Development\Report_a_Bug.doc 2007-05-23 10:10:19,250 Trac[main] WARNING: 500 Internal Error (Attachment Report_a_Bug.doc not found)

Trac 0.10.3.1 on Windows Server 2003

I found out that the files that should be located under ..attachments\wiki would have been placed under ..htdocs\wiki instead, so the handler couldn't find the files. I don't know why that?

Well, I couldn't reproduce this with 0.10.5dev on windows XP, using TracStandalone.

I created a Wiki page named "Bug Report in Development" and attached a doc file there, which I was able to access later on the expected way.

Can you give a try to 0.10.5dev or 0.10.4 and try again to attach a file there, paying attention to what gets written in the log while attaching the document?

As this is a production environment right now, I will let the current version running. We will monitor this problem though and if it happens again, follow on deeper. Thank you for your help so far!

Status: newclosed

Unable to recreate. dberger will reopen if it happens again.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christian Boos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christian Boos to the specified user.
