Description
I noticed that since I upgraded to the newest trunk (from 5022 or 5122 I believe) the header and footer appear twice when I click "last change" or "(diff)". Happens under both IE (6) and Firefox (2.0.0.3).
Haven't encountered this behavior in the repo-browser.

Since I upgraded to Trac r5544 (and higher)/Genshi r598 the problem is gone, headers and footers are properly displayed again.
Should I set the resolution to fixed? More generally, should reporters set the resolution to fixed (in case a reported issue is/appears fixed) or are such actions ment to be preserved to members of the Trac team?

"Fixed" is used when there's a corresponding fix made to the code or the documentation in the repository.
In situations like this one, we use the worksforme resolution.
Which Genshi version were you using?
Try updating to the latest one. Does this still happen?
