User side glitch on status

Description

I found a glitch on the user side. If a user is checking on status of requested service and selects something which has no entries. They get the message that there was no match but then they can't get back to a point where they can do a search. They are stuck is no where land.

Resolution: invalid
Status: newclosed

Is this a test ticket, a wrong Trac, some spam?

If you re-open the ticket (with more details about your issue), please specify which Trac version you're using.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain bdubbs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from bdubbs to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
