Description

Joy - I think I've figured out what happened.

When identical ad copy is loaded into two or more orders, adCenter assigns all orders the same AdId.

If you update the ad copy in one order, that AdId will be updated across all orders containing that AdId. This can lead to ad copy unintentionally appearing in ad groups.

If you sort the Get Ads file by AdId, you will notice that some 1-800-Flowers orders do share the same AdId’s.

The best practice to avoid this is to create new ads when making significant changes to ad copy and delete the old ad copy as opposed to updating adcopy.
