Description
When the image macro is called with a percentage, it just renders a scaling percentage in the HTML. That leaves the browser to scale which ends up being pretty pathetic if you scale a lot (like 25%). I would like the macro to rescale in the background and create a temporary file with an external scaler. To keep portability, the external scalar's presence would be checked and without it would revert to the current system. Sadly, this may introduce security issues and housekeeping that may just not be worth it.

Candidate for a plugin.
Btw, rescaling would require the use of an image library, which would add just another dependencies to Trac.
