Could you be a bit more descriptive:
- did you run the
trac-admin resynccommand? - did you get any error while running this command?
Please attach the relevant section of the Trac log file

then tired with resync trac_admin for this I got "Resyncing repository history…"
But the issue remains

Please stop resetting the priority. It does not help, at all.
You need to run:
trad-admin /path/to/trac/project resync
without any quote. resync trac_admin means nothing for Trac. What command have you run, including the parameters?

As stated in the error message:
The 'repository_dir' has changed, a 'trac-admin resync' operation is needed.
This means that the Subversion repository has been changed, and the admin needs to run the specified command so that Trac is updated with this new repository.
