Description
In the ChangeLog of browse source, special characters are encoded in html style.
For example, in the ChangeLog of the trunk branch of Trac we can see "Release". Is it normal (or not) ?
The source of the ChangeLog is in plain text and there's no other html tag.

Well, this is because ClearSilver thinks that it is producing HTML, so single quotes are HTML encoded. This works as expected in 0.11, where Genshi knows that it is producing text.
So, this is a known defect for Trac 0.10.x which is fixed in 0.11 thanks to the new templating engine.
