UndefinedError: "no_id" not defined when viewing a chageset

Description
This only happens when there are existing files with changes. If I view a changeset in which only new files were added and/or removed, the error does not happen. Also, I can go into the actual revision and view the changed files perfectly fine, just not the "diff" view.
I'm using 0.11dev-r5187

UndefinedError: "no_id" not defined
There was an internal error in Trac. It is recommended that you inform your local Trac administrator and give him all the information he needs to reproduce the issue.
