Description

In admin, as priorities are deleted and created the minimum order number increases. I deleted "blocker" and I can no longer assign priority 1 to a priority (even if I add "blocker" back again). This affects the colors in ticket reports since colors are (IIUC) assigned according to order.

(that was the stupid french in me who translated "problématique" to "problematic", which is not a noun in english…)

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
