Description
At the moment, the only way to query only accepted tickets is to only query for "assigned" Tickets, unticking the "new" and "reopened" boxes in the Query Generator.
IMHO this could be optimized since it could not be clear to anyone that this is the way to select only assignes Tickets as you have to think "around corners".
Since somehow any Ticket is "assigned" (if it has no owner, it shows up as assigned to anonymous), maybe renaming the option "assigned" to "accepted" in the query generator would do(?).
What do you think?

Yes, renaming "assigned" to "accepted" is already done in the workflow sandbox.
