Perhaps you mean the ​SiteUpload plugin?

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

It could as well have been the "admin / plugins / install plugin" feature.

Anyway, there's not enough information here for us to take action.

Action
as closed The owner will remain Christopher Lenz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christopher Lenz to the specified user.
