Description

  1. old tickets is in databse
  2. the admin add ticket-custom fields
  3. user update a ticket

current behavior:

i got email about 

 abc =>
 def =>

it's useless to see bunch of "abc ⇒ " which confuse our thought, thiking that there's something property changed

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
