Description
As the summary says. Generally you scroll down the page to see the changesets, then if you don't find the changeset you're after you have to scroll back up to move to the next set.

Doing it for the log view, for now, as it's especially important there: when looking at revisions ranges obtained via mergeinfo, one shouldn't miss the existence of extra pages of revisions.
