Sorry for the misleading error message, but such errors should really be reported to the maintainers of the http://www.jackal-net.at/projects/PostfixPolicyServer/ Trac instance.
It's most certainly a misconfiguration on their part, or maybe they've moved the SVN repository afterwards.
