Couldn't login or reset password — at Initial Version

Description
I was trying to login to trac.adiumx.com, and it wouldn't let me login with the password I knew was correct. But in any case, I decided that I would tell it to reset my password, so I entered my name and email address (theosib, theosib@…), and I got this result:

Go to http://trac.edgewall.org/ and create a new ticket where you describe the problem, how to reproduce it. Don't forget to include the Python traceback found below.

If I click the back button, and try again, I always get the same error.
The URL where I click "reset" is "http://trac.adiumx.com/reset_password", and it's that same URL that I see when I get the above error.
