Description

I want to make CC field in view as Multiple selection dropdown list. How can i do it??

Right, it's now a separate issue.

If this is done, it should probably be done in such a way that the drop-down can be used to add people to the CC text input field (hence require TICKET_EDIT_CC permission).

Is there any chance of seeing this issue fixed a wee bit sooner than 2.0? We're using 0.11.1 and it's still impossible to add people to the cc: field from a dropdown list. It would be immensely appreciated…

As you have noticed from the milestone, none of the core developers are interested in this feature. So your only chance seems to be writing a patch or finding someone to do it for you.

You could also wait for the improved notification functionality scheduled for 0.13, which would probably also solve this issue.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
