Verbatim block fails to preserve empty lines

Description

It seems that a regression has been added in a recent version of the trunk: verbatim blocks ({{{ }}}) discard all the empty lines.

If this site were running 0.11dev, the following block 

A line

A line with an empty line above

would appear as 

A line
A line with an empty line above

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
