Description

When i search by a Ticketcomment content the Result whould not match any result.

Look Ticket #436 the Description contain "non-PDF" but when i search non-PDF no result match. ​Search for non-PDF but match to Ticket

Actually, search does include the ticket description. What it does not include is the ticket comments. As I think this is a major shortcoming currently, I'm increasing the priority and severity of this ticket.

please do not reopen tickets without a comment

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain daniel.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from daniel to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
