Description
In the trac.ini file, it should be possible to override the default location of the InterMapTxt wiki page.
I, for example, would like to nest that page under /wiki/Sys/InterMapTxt or something like that so I could use security to restrict changes to it.

I guess WikiStart, TitleIndex and RecentChanges are customizable, because you can customize the wiki.cs template.

With #654, fine grained security could apply to any page, irrelevant of its name.
I'm not sure making the name of those system pages configurable is a good idea. I think it's better if the users could build some knowledge about Trac that they can reuse from instance to instance.
So I'm proposing a wontfix here.
