Description

When a ticket is submitted by Calvin and assigned to Calvin, it should switch automatically to the "accepted" state.

Duplicate of #2045, that I filed one year ago and modified this morning…

Please everybody, take the time to explore a bit this Trac: there are already a lot of existing RFE… and most probably there's already one close to what you need that you can vote for ;)

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
