New svn revisions not showing up in trac

With 0.10.1 or 0.10.2, I commit a new directory (such as a branch) to the subversion repository, and then browse to the parent directory in the Trac source browser. It isn't there. I refresh the page several times, and it shows up. I refresh the page again, and it disappears. Refresh several times, it's back. Refresh again, it's gone. This seems to affect the log viewer too. I've also seen internal errors saying that the revision doesn't exist.

I'm trying to track down what changeset(s) caused the problem. I'll update this ticket as I figure out more.

See rather #4132. Apply the patch in there (or upgrade to latest of source:branches/0.10-stable​) to see if this solves the problem for you (don't forget to report back success or failure!). Thanks!
