Description

I've installed TRAC by following your description on this site but somehow it is not possible to open the login window. Instead it shows "Oops.. Trac detected an internal error: Authentication information not available." I want to know why.. I made an account for admin and a user, set passwords for them.. so there should be information about authentification. Give me a reply.. Thanks.

Please read this. It explains how to setup authentication.

This is an installation issue anyway. Please ask questions related to installation issues on the MailingList or on #IRC.

Search for the error message "Authentication information not available" on this site: this question has been raised many, many times.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christopher Lenz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christopher Lenz to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
