I am running CentOS 4.3 i386, full install. I installed ClearSilver 0.10.3, then trac-0.10, then:
trac-admin /var/www/trac/dix initenv
then:
tracd --port 8 /var/www/trac/dix
then, I entered a New Ticket, which worked. Then, I clicked "login," and got:
