Summary: ecards- test support ticket → test ticket

Installing Trac and using TracStandalone is a more effective way to test Trac than creating dummy tickets here, as explained in the big red box you somehow managed to miss ;) In that same box, there's also a link to the "recommended" test site.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anonymous.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from anonymous to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
