"milestone does not exist" error if "/" is in the milestone name

Description
creating a milestone "Mission/ Code of Conduct" leads to a "milestone does not exist" error when clicking it from the roadmap page. i'm not sure but it seems the "/" in the name may be responsible for that?

i'm not able to create milestones here … but basically going to roadmap, and clicking on the second of the following milestones gives the error in our instance:
