For a Rename operation, that's the general what happened next to my file problem, not sure it can be fixed properly for 0.10.1, this requires the VcRefactoring#NewRepositoryCache.
In the meantime, revert to displaying the full changeset in this situation (that's anyway the right thing to do in case of a Delete, as it shows the context of deletion).
Fixed in r4040 (trunk) and r4041 (0.10-stable).
