Description
If any change is made to a ticket (new comment, etc) it should appear in the timeline.

Additionally, when tickets are modified (new comment, change in milestone, etc) the summary should be displayed in the timeline just like when a new ticket is added.
This allows the timeline user to quickly filter the tickets of interest without having to drill down into them to discover what they are about.
