Description
By adding changing all external links rel attribute to "nofollow" spamming wiki and tickets could be made less profitable for spamers because such links would not generate Page Rank.

This is 2013, can we always have nofollow by default on the wiki pages and only for external links? Wikipedia does, wordpress (comments ) does. Please reconsider?
