Unused ticket fields should be hidden

For some projects, one or more of the standard fields (e.g. version, milestone) are not used. The input fields should be hidden, and they should not be marked as "cleared" on the first change.

The email notification provides more of a clue of why the erroneous "cleared" messages are appearing:

This has been implemented along with the support for TicketTypes in [1691].

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
