Description
This is happening only once in a while - I have not found a way to reproduce it reliably. Sometimes tickets will disappear from reports that group them according to milestones based on that milestone's due date, etc. because the milestone name on the ticket apparently did not get updated in the database when the milestone name changed. Manually fixing this in the database fixes the problem when it happens. This is on Windows 2000 server / Apache 2 / Trac v9.4

Can't reproduce. Please reopen if this is still happening in recent Trac releases.
This is still happening - tickets are ending up with orphaned milestone names. Isn't this a flaw in the database schema?
