Description

ie, it imports from trac.Notify which appears to have vanished.

Attached patch fixes these imports.

This issue was also filed in #3117 which has been fixed.

Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.
