"About Trac" page does not have a public template

Description

The "About Trac" page should have a SilverCity template (about.cs or so). Currently the About screen template is coded into About.py, which means it cannot be easily modified for theme changes locally.

oops, I did not mean SilverCity, clearly but a standard .cs template
