Well, that feature request would involve executing all the reports when going to the Available Reports page, currently the default when you select the View Tickets main navigation button.
So I don't think this is a realistic feature, as this would be prohibitively expensive on most installations.
Better try to come up with a nice summarizing report/query and set that as the default (see #1925).

The report system is being phased out in favor in the custom query, so I doubt this will be done for the reports. However, I can see enhancing the TicketQuery macro or create a new macro to accomplish this.
