Description

When we are in the Ticket view is very complicated to navegate trough the complete list in the previous view. The navegation need to have a review.

Status: new → closed

Please be more specific. Navigation works pretty well in tickets when you're using ticket queries. Reports not so much, but then we're trying to phase those out.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
