Editable ticket field drop-downs

For all/some ticket form drop-downs, especially those associated with custom fields, make the control an editable drop-down. The drop-down list would contain a pre-defined list of items, or even a list of all existing items in the db backend for that field.

HTML does not support any form controls that allow for "editable drop-downs". You can either have a select list of pre-defined options, or a free-form text input, but it doesn't provide a way to do the hybrid controls that some applications use for either picking a value from a dropdown, or entering a custom value.
