Description

When creating or renaming components or milestones via trac-admin under both Windows 2000 and XP, german umlauts aren't regognized correctly. They are displayed as different UTF-8 characters when viewed in the webbrowser.

Also ampersand (&) sign will cause the milestone information to be hidden. (Using version 0.9)

Resolution:	→ worksforme
Status:	new → closed

At least in 0.10 this is working fine with Trac using unicode internally.

leave as closed The owner will remain daniel.

reopen The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

change ownership to The owner will be changed from daniel to the specified user.
