Description

It would be very useful if it were easier to figure out the exact date and time of a ticket's submission. Currently it's only shown as e.g. "three months ago" at the detailed ticket view instead of "2005-10-12 15:18". All modifications are shown with the exact second it happened, but not the original creation.
I suggest the time of creation is added to the Change History of the ticket view.

The exact date is available when hovering the mouse over the delta.

Since r4649 the date creation delta is shown as a link (pointing to the timeline), so it's more obvious that one can get additional informations when hovering over it.

Also, since r4766, the ticket change dates are also displayed as a delta, as this is more user-friendly and more consistent with the rest of the interface.

I think the creation of a ticket should be part of its history. This would be more consistent than just displaying the creation date on hover.

Also all other changes to the ticket currently contain the username that changed it. So the username should be shown in the creation too. Something like 02/17/2007 03:42:02 PM created by cboos. My reason for wanting this is because currently to see who created a ticket I have to look at the "Reported by" field at the top of the ticket, and then scan the history for any occurrences where the reporter has been changed. If this was the first entry in the history, it would be a lot more obvious.
