Being the guy that did the original port of TWikiDraw → PmWikiDraw, I would recommend starting again from scratch with this plugin, PmWikiDraw is a bit clunky, given the chance I would write it again from scratch and sit it on top of SVG or some such common file-format. Its based on JHotDraw and that has since moved on and can do similar things, just my 2c, contact me if you need assistance with this ticket.

Definitely seems like this is plugin material. This would be served best by making a request on TracHacks, not in the Trac ticketing system. I propose resolving as invalid or wontfix.
