It would be nice if Telelogic Synergy support could be added to TRAC.

Integration with commercial software should be done as a plugin since we can't commit to developing and maintaining components dependent on software that is not freely available.

I'd like to point you to #1414, which offers a generic way to "integrate" Trac with other systems, by being able to easily name external resources from within the wiki.
Note that you currently need to patch Trac 0.9 to have this feature (see #2041).
