I think there is a sufficient difference between new, accepted, In Progress (missing), fixed/wont fix/… It would allow better co-ordination in teams (avoid duplication of effort, see progress, etc).

Status: newclosed

Well, at least here we consider "accepting" a ticket to mean that you're actually starting on it. However, all ticket workflow-related changes are covered by #869.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
