Description

When there are no components available, that field ain't shown on the cration of tickets. The same behavior would be expected when browsing reports, if no components available, hide that column.

This happened when choosing "Active tickets" from the reports view, but when following "active tickets" from the roadmap view, that field ain't shown.

Resolution: worksforme
Status: newclosed

You'll have to edit the report SQL to get rid of the field.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain daniel.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from daniel to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
