Description
Some ticket comments don't show up in the timeline.
Today (4/Oct/2005) I added two comments to #222 and the Timeline doesn't show any of them. I questioned if this happened because the ticket is closed, so I added a comment to a closed ticket on my own Trac installation (which is running r2322), and it did make it to the Timeline.
(I don't know what Trac version Edgewall is running, so I chose 0.9b2)

There should be a way of the timeline showing that someone has edited the ticket, even if the ticket_show_details trc.ini property is set to false. If you edit a wiki page, it shows up on the timeline even though the details of the edit are not shown, so why is this different for ticket changes?

If you want to see all ticket edits in the timeline then enable that option. Some people prefer to only show opening/closing of tickets which is why the option is there.
This site has disable the "Ticket details" filter on the timeline, so only "Ticket changes" are displayed, which includes only when tickets are created or closed.
