Add basecine movie query

Description

This script, writen in python, can query the basecine move db. ​basecine.net is one of the largest sites for spanish movies and in general, other movies that have been exported to Spain. The script has the same sintax has the other scripts (like the imdb), so in the future we can improve the GUI to allow multiple searches without touching the way the scripts work.

Depens: ​urlgrabber python module.
