Description

If I am both the reporter and assignee of a ticket, I get two emails every time the ticket is updated. Would be nice if trac would check the recipient list for duplicates and only send one message out to each person listed on the ticket.

Nevermind; I'm just confused. I have a generic "developers@" account that a number of tickets have as a cc, and it's *those* emails that come in, as well as to my personal one (being the person editing the ticket).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
