Account Manager needs extension for auto login

Description

Account Manager currently hardwires users to the login page after creating their accounts. It would be nice to have them login automatically assuming the authentication method works with this, ie. my RelationalRole stuff for Account Manager and Rede's proposed Authentication model.

Auto login and redirection should be defined in trac.ini with defaults probably being "off" and the "login page".
